My warm and welcoming approach helps students of all levels feel comfortable, supported, and empowered in their practice. I emphasize healthy alignment, personal attention, and compassionate adjustments to ensure a safe and enriching experAs co-owner of the Good Karma Wellness Centers, I help create a space for community, healing, and movement to come together. I offer small group classes, workshops, and private sessions—both in-studio and virtual. I love guiding students to find the right class and supporting them on their journey to greater well-being.
