About the Class

This is a fun combination of hatha yoga and vinyasa flow brought together for the improvement and maintenance of flexibility and strength. This class is geared toward basic to intermediate-level yoga  We’ll be working on breathing while building muscle and upping our physical conditioning. Our physical focus will be core abdominal, back and limb strength with equilibrium. From the wrists to the shoulders and back, legs, hip openers to the toes, this class aims to fortify personal power, balance and recovery.. The goal of this practice is to deepen enjoyment of life and lighten up our spirits.

We laugh a lot too.
